That is great advice..and a reminder I need to update mine.
Another thing I would add is keep it up-to-date. If a new child is born, you get a divorce, or any other circumstance that requires a change in the will, make sure you make the appropriate changes.
I think trusts scare people and they don't really understand them (me included). I will be asking about that this time.
