This show is just getting better and better each season. I love the elegance, the costumes, and the dancing, of course. It's amazing to see the difference between the celebrities when they first start out and when they get to this final stage.

I have to say, there have been some surprises this time around. Helio is delightful and a complete surprise, but I was totally shocked when Sabrina got voted off so early - I thought she was fantastic and would definitely be in the finals. I also loved Mark Cuban, I thought he was just darling and you could tell he really worked SO hard to stay in there. I think Mel B has been my biggest surprise. Maksim had been so disparaging of her work habits and short attention span, I thought she would be going home much earlier, but it seems like in recent weeks, she's really been stepping it up. Ha, that's a pun, isn't it?

I have to say that my biggest favorite has been Marie Osmond. Naturally, being from Utah, we have a special affection for the Osmonds here. I've run into them around town once in a while and Marie used to have a great radio show that I would listen to on my way from home - she just seems like a really fun person. Also, she's just about my age, so to see an overweight mother of eight out there doing so well is very inspiring! And especially with all the challenges she's been going through. I hope she makes it into the finals.
